The International Professional Educator Registered (iPER) is an international professional title awarded to tertiary-level educators in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) after completing the ENTER Register evaluation process. This is the only Professional Regulating Body in the world recognized to regulate the Profession 2316 (Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)) under the ISCO (International Standard Classification of Occupations) defined by the UN/ILO. iPER certifies that the educator has been assessed through an evidence-based professional portfolio, reviewed by three independent international reviewers, using established standards and rubrics to benchmark professional educator competence.

Why iPER Matters
iPER highlights an educator’s excellence in teaching and their commitment to continuous professional improvement. It provides institutions, students, and stakeholders with an externally reviewed reference that the educator’s competence has been evaluated against structured international criteria.
