• The Governing board manages the ENTER Network functioning and the financial issues.
• Approves proposals and nominations of the Expert, Quality Assurance and Academic Committees.
• Decides on any issues sent by the Committees. 
• Nominates the President every 5 years.
• Nominates the Secretary General,  responsible for the operational management or in alternative approves the candidate proposed by a fiscal entity that provides all the operational services and administrative functions
• Nominates the Monitoring Committee chair from its members.
