Select your professional domain and consult the “How to Apply” section to understand the registration process and requirements.
You should then:
- Prepare the evidence supporting your professional and educational experience.
- Complete all the required forms, including the Application Form and the ENTER Portfolio.
- Submit the completed documentation and supporting evidence through the designated application system.
Before submitting your application, make sure that all requested information is complete, accurate, and supported by appropriate evidence.
As the ENTER Register is a register for educators, the primary macro-area should be selected taking into concideration the area in which you educate students. In other words, you should identify the field of study to which the programmes, courses, or subjects you teach primarily belong.
Your selected macro-area should therefore reflect the academic domain in which you teach and prepare future professionals.
Once the ENTER Portfolio has been submitted, its evaluation process completed by 3 international reviewers may take up to three months. The exact timeframe depends largely on the availability of the reviewers and how quickly each independent evaluation can be completed.
Often the evaluation results may be available sooner, depending on reviewers availability.
Once the Registration fee corresponding to €80 is paid, It may take up to 72 hours for your registration to be processed and your details to appear in the ENTER Register.
Please check your Personal Area for updates. Once your registration has been generated, you should also be able to access and issue your certificate.
If your details are still not visible in the Register after 72 hours, please contact info@enterprof.org for assistance.
Once you are registered, you can access and download your certificate at any time through your Personal Area.
Go to: Personal Area → Educator → Issue Certificate
The resubmission function is available to educators whose status is Registered.
You may resubmit your portfolio to enhance your registration level or to renew your registration. To do so, go to:
Personal Area → Educator → Resubmission
For a resubmission, you are required to pay only the €20 Application review fee. You do NOT need to pay the €80 registration fee again, as this fee is paid only once during the initial registration process.
If your registration is approaching its expiry date, you should resubmit your portfolio at least three months before the expiry date. This will help ensure continuity and maintain your active status in the ENTER Register.
Please contact the ENTER Register Secretariat by email at info@enterprof.org. We will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary guidance.
