To review documents proposed by the Governing Board.
To propose Monitoring committee members
To elect 1 Governing Board member.
To summarize and disseminate the best practices of the ENTER network all over the world.
To define and alter the Expert Committee internal regulations, that can not violate the bylaws and must be approved by the Governing Board.
