2311 – Engineering Educators

Fully functional

This domain covers educators whose teaching is primarily situated in engineering, engineering trades, and technically oriented architecture and construction. It includes programme families such as chemical, civil, mechanical, electrical/electronics, automation/robotics, energy, environmental protection technology, and related manufacturing and industrial-process fields with an engineering orientation. 2312 – Arts and Humanities Educators

Launching process

This domain covers educators in arts and humanities programmes, spanning visual and performing arts, creative writing, languages and literatures, linguistics and translation, philosophy and ethics, history and archaeology, and cultural/religious/area studies. Educators in this domain design learning experiences that foster critical thinking, interpretive and analytical capability, aesthetic literacy, and contextual understanding of cultural and linguistic traditions. 2313 – Social Sciences, Education, Journalism and Information Educators

Launching process

This domain includes educators working across education science and teacher education, education-related psychology and guidance, and wider social-science fields such as political science, sociology, anthropology, human geography, demography, and non-business-oriented economics, as well as journalism, communication/media, and library/information/archival studies. It also covers certain generic and transversal tertiary programmes where no clearer disciplinary home dominates. 2314 – Business, Administration and Law Educators

Fully functional

This domain covers educators in business- and law-oriented programmes, including accounting and taxation; finance, banking and insurance; management and administration (including logistics, entrepreneurship, HR, organisational behaviour); marketing and advertising; secretarial/office studies; wholesale and retail; and law (e.g., commercial, labour, criminal justice, legal practice). Interdisciplinary business–law and governance programmes are included where their primary orientation aligns with this domain. 2315 – Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics Educators

Fully functional

This domain includes educators in natural and quantitative sciences, including biological sciences; biochemistry/biotechnology and related life-science fields; environmental sciences; physical sciences (chemistry, earth sciences, physics/astronomy); mathematics; and statistics/actuarial science, including interdisciplinary programmes with a strong natural-science or quantitative core. 2316 – Information and Communication Technologies Educators

Launching process

This domain covers educators whose primary teaching is in ICT fields, including database and network design/administration, IT security, web and media applications, software and applications development, systems analysis and design, and ICT areas not elsewhere classified (explicitly including, for example, artificial intelligence). 2317 – Services Educators

Launching process

This domain includes educators in service-oriented higher-education programmes, such as hospitality, hotel/restaurant/catering, tourism and leisure, sports training/management, transport operations, security/protection services, community sanitation, and other service programmes characterised by service delivery, customer/client interaction, safety and risk management, and work-integrated learning. 2318 – Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary Educators

Launching process

This domain covers educators in agriculture and rural systems, including agronomy, crop and soil science, horticulture, animal science and livestock production, forestry and forest management, fisheries science and aquaculture, rural development and extension, and veterinary medicine/science, including related food safety and veterinary public health. 2319 – Health and Welfare Educators

Launching process

This domain includes educators in health and welfare programmes, spanning medicine and dentistry, nursing and midwifery, diagnostic and treatment technologies (e.g., radiology/radiotherapy, laboratory sciences), therapy and rehabilitation (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), pharmacy, traditional/complementary medicine, and welfare-oriented areas such as social work/counselling and care services.
