SOLSTICE Project Holds First Transnational Meeting in Salerno

The SOLSTICE Erasmus+ project has successfully launched its next phase with the first Transnational Meeting (TNM), held on 2 September 2025 in Salerno, Italy. Hosted by RHIZOMA, with the support of the University of Padova, the meeting gathered all consortium partners to review the project’s initial achievements and set the foundation for the SOLSTICE Training Curriculum.

The sessions, held at Palazzo Innovazione, opened with a presentation of the results from the desk research and interviews carried out in the first project phase. This was followed by an intensive collaborative workshop, where ENTER contributed to the Curriculum design task, ensuring that the training model incorporates diverse educational contexts and practical implementation strategies.

In the afternoon, partners focused on the next steps of project implementation, defining the activities, timetable, deliverables, and specific roles for each institution. ENTER also contributed to the planning of upcoming activities, reinforcing its commitment to the project’s long-term impact.

This first Transnational Meeting marked an important milestone for SOLSTICE, strengthening the partnership and confirming ENTER’s commitment to advance innovative curriculum design fostering constructive conflict management in diverse teams.
